It’s fun to participate in swaps, tags, etc. but it’s also important to include an insert in your letter or package to let your recipient know it’s from you, which group it’s from and which wish or tag. It can take quite a bit of detective work to find out who sent you what when there is no insert included. Your fellow participants will thank you for making life simpler by including one. The designs below are free to download and print out. They are available in PDF format and you can open the PDF using Adobe’s free Reader available at their website if you don’t already have it.

If you find yourself on a tight budget you can print these out for wishes and grant them to your friends that are wishing for inserts. They are a huge hit and budget friendly! I usually print out 4 pages which is 16 insert tags. I cut them out and put them in a 4″ x 6″ paper favor envelope and seal it with washi tape before putting in an envelope to mail out. It costs 70 cents to mail 16 inserts. If you wish to use only one stamp you can print out 12.

Each insert measures 3.5″W x 5″H Print PDF out on to 24lb. printer paper for best results.
