Video Tutorial: Packing Tape Image Transfer

I came across this video tutorial from Creativebug that I wanted to share. I found a bar stool at a garage sale this weekend for $3.00 and I plan to paint it an antique white and apply an image transfer using this method. I am so excited to try it out! I just have to wait for all the storms and rain to subside. Does anyone else have that problem right now? Where did all the rain come from?
