When printing the pdf make sure you are printing “actual size” to get the correct size to print. By default most printers are set to “fit to print” and there will be a check box with a check mark in it. Deselect the check mark so the check box is empty. This will allow you to print the labels in their actual size.

I used LD© Glossy Inkjet Photo Sticker Paper (8.5 X 11) 100 pack which I picked up for $18.95 on Amazon with free shipping. LD sticker paper works best when using a laser printer. Inkjet printers do not have much success with image quality. Some users recommend using photo paper settings to remedy the ink jet issues. I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut the print and cut file with settings:
- Blade (on machine) set to “0”
- Blade (in software) set to “1”
- Speed set to “3”
- Depth set to “1”
Always do a test cut with your cut settings before cutting your print and cut project to verify the cutting depth does not go through the back of the sticker sheet. You just want the top layer to cut, not the backing paper. I had just installed a brand new blade before working on this project. As the blade dulls I will need to adjust my depth settings accordingly. Reminder: If you want to put the labels on the front and back of the dividers you’ll need to print and cut 2 sets of each.
If you plan on using these labels for Mom2Mom Kids Resale Events or Growing Kids ReSale events I would recommend using a glossy sticker paper. You’ll be able to reuse these dividers for years to come as your children outgrow their clothing and it’s one last item you’ll need check off your “to do” list.

I printed the set of newborn to 18 mo. labels on plain paper then cut one out to see if it fit the 3 1/2″ round clothes dividers I purchased and the labels are too small. Can I resize them and if so how do I do this? Our grandbaby is due in two weeks! ?
Thank you

Hi Elaine, thank you for writing. I’m sorry to hear your test print wasn’t the correct size and I can only imagine how frustrated you are right now. For hand cutting your own labels open your PDF in the newest version release of Adobe Reader. When printing the PDF you need to select “actual size” or make sure that “fit to page” is not selected on the print preview before printing to get them to print out the correct size. Most printers by default are set to “fit to page” just deselect the box where the check mark is and it will print actual size. If you are printing on to labels from onlinelabels.com you can upload the single images with no grey cut line borders on them into their design wizard. This will also be a PDF download when you are finished and you will want to make sure your print settings are as stated above. Make sure you are printing actual size and not fit to page. P.S. Congrats on your new grandbaby!!!♥
